He came to learn. He stayed to build.
An executive with two engineering degrees, an MBA and executive education at Harvard, who has led technology businesses across Europe, joined MT Trading as one of Mohamad's students — and became the co-founder who, with him, turned it into the academy you are using.

Mustapha El Hajj
Mustapha is an executive leader with deep technical, commercial and financial experience gathered in international companies. He holds an MBA from the University of Derby, has completed executive education at Harvard, and holds two engineering degrees: computer engineering and mechatronics. He has been trading since 2018, and at MT Trading he is one of the two founders behind everything you are using, and he teaches in its English edition.

Lebanon, then Denmark
He grew up in Lebanon and trained there as a computer engineer, in a country where nothing is handed to you and a plan is only as good as its second option. When he crossed to Denmark for a second degree in mechatronics, he arrived with a language to learn and an engineering habit already formed: take the machine apart, understand it, and put it back together better.
Denmark gave him the other half. Mechatronics sits where software, electronics and moving parts meet, and it taught him that a product is not finished when it works in the lab. It is finished when it survives the real world and the years after.
Both countries are still visible in how he works. Lebanon taught him to move fast and keep a second plan; Denmark taught him to build things that last and to say exactly what they cost. He kept both.
Results you can measure beat stories you can tell.

Two decades of things that had to work
The two decades that followed were spent in international technology companies, in the places where complex products meet the real world. He moved from engineering into leading it, and learned what an engineer rarely learns at a desk: that the cost of a mistake is paid by someone else, later, and that the only honest measure is the one taken in the field.
Over time his responsibility widened from the technical side to the commercial and the financial, until he was leading businesses across borders with all three in one hand. Along the way he added an MBA from the University of Derby, and later completed executive education at Harvard.
It is the kind of experience that teaches you to read a balance sheet and a wiring diagram in the same afternoon, and to keep a promise to a customer even when the plan behind it has to change.
Leaders who build stay honest about what execution actually costs.

Then he chose to build
When his last executive role in Europe came to an end, he had offers for the next seat. He chose the harder road: to build. He founded software products and platforms, several of which run successfully today, and he built them the way he had learned to run companies, with a clear promise, a measured result and no theatre in between.
The trading industry found him quickly. Established names across the Gulf, Europe and Asia-Pacific asked him to build with them: trading tools, indicators and automated systems, the hidden machinery behind what a trader sees on a chart. He saw how data arrives, how a rule becomes code, where automation helps and where it quietly lies. It is why the platform you are on now was built by people who understand both the trader and the technology, and why it keeps improving instead of standing still.
He had been trading himself since 2018, investor-style: positions held for weeks and months, decided on the bigger picture. He knew the markets from the outside in. What he wanted next was the inside.
You do not build a product for traders from outside the market.

Then he sat down as a student
Day trading is another craft, and he wanted to learn it properly, not from a highlight reel. So he did what he asks every member to do: he joined Mohamad's program at MT Trading as a student and started from the first lesson.
What he found was rare. A method that could be measured. Lessons in an order that made sense, each one resting on the last. A teacher who trades the method live in front of his students and says "wait" as often as he says "enter". His own trading grew wider and sharper faster than in all the years before, and the engineer in him wanted to know why.
The answer was the method. And the answer became a partnership, because he could see what the method deserved: a home built as carefully as the method itself.
A method you can measure deserves a house built to last.

From a Telegram page to an academy
MT Trading began as a Telegram page with a single offering. Mohamad and Mustapha took it from there: they sketched the academy, worked through the curriculum from its technical foundations to its executive program, settled the strategies, and built the platform to carry it all. Then they opened the doors.
Then came the academy itself, screen by screen: the lessons and the live sessions inside it, the payments that confirm themselves, the community rooms, the app on your phone, and the support desk that answers your ticket. Then the English edition opened, with its own pages and its own desk, where Mustapha teaches in English.
Today it is one academy with one method and one standard, and it keeps growing the way it was made: with the two of them at the same table. The lessons, the live sessions, the platform, the payments and the support desk you write to all come from that table.
Built at one table, from the first day.
What comes next
What you see today is only the beginning. The team will grow, and the academy with it, to reach as many people as possible who want to learn trading properly, wherever they are.
The work does not stop at the lessons. The tools and features that help a member succeed are built with the same care as the curriculum, and they will keep coming. And the members who do exceptionally well may be invited to join the team and carry the mission forward.
That is the promise the two founders make, and the only one you will find on this site: that the method is taught honestly, that the house around it is built to last, and that you are in careful hands.
Those are the hands you are in.
