Mustapha El Hajj

Founder & Director, MT Trading

Mustapha is an executive leader with deep technical, commercial and financial experience gathered in international companies. He holds an MBA from the University of Derby, has completed executive education at Harvard, and holds two engineering degrees: computer engineering and mechatronics. He has been trading since 2018, and at MT Trading he is one of the two founders behind everything you are using, and he teaches in its English edition.

A letter from the founders

MT Trading began as a Telegram page with a single offering. We took it from there: we sketched the academy, worked through its curriculum and its strategies, built the platform to carry it, and opened the doors. It still runs the way it started, with the two of us at one table, and everything on this site comes from that table: the method, the lessons, the live sessions, the platform, the payments and the support desk you write to. What you see today is only the beginning; the team will grow, and the academy with it, to reach as many people as possible who want to learn trading properly, wherever they are. We will work hard to give you more than knowledge: the tools and the features that help you succeed are built with the same care. And those of you who do exceptionally well may be invited to join the team and carry the mission forward with us.

What we ask of you is what we ask of ourselves: understand, do not memorize; enter a trade only when every condition for it is met; and treat patience as part of the work. The rest of this page is what we teach, what we refuse to teach, and the numbers behind it.

The story

From a Telegram page to an academy

MT Trading began as a Telegram page with a single offering. Mohamad and Mustapha took it from there: they sketched the academy, worked through the curriculum from its technical foundations to its executive program, settled the strategies, and built the platform to carry it all. Then they opened the doors.

Today it is one academy with one method and one standard, and it keeps growing the way it was made: with the two of them at the same table. The lessons, the live sessions, the platform, the payments and the support desk you write to all come from that table. And what you see today is only the beginning: the team will grow, and the academy with it, to reach as many people as possible who want to learn trading properly, wherever they are.

The method

Four rules every lesson rests on

Each rule was born on a moving chart, and is tested in front of you in every session.

The decision comes from the candle

No indicator between you and price. You read what the market did, and why, from the candle itself.

Direction from areas of interest

The order block, the fair value gap and the breaker tell you where the market is looking — not the highs and lows.

Confirmation is a strict sequence

Close first, then retest — nothing else. No trade is taken until every one of its conditions is met.

Patience is part of execution

Sitting out is a decision in its own right. Don't blame what you know; blame your haste.
