Terms of Use

What you get, what we never promise, and the rules for your account, your money and the community — written plainly.

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Who you are dealing with

MT Trading is the supplier of everything sold on this site and the party you contract with when you buy.

You can reach us at support@mttrading.io, or from the support page inside the platform. We answer in English.

These terms cover mttrading.io in its English edition and our apps. By using the platform you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use it.

What this platform is

MT Trading is an educational academy for reading price action: recorded courses, live courses, analysis channels, and a community to discuss them in. The point of all of it is that you learn to read the market yourself.

What we do not offer — plainly

We do not give trade recommendations or ready-made entry signals. What is published in the channels is analysis and a note on the areas worth watching, to be read alongside your own method, never instead of it.

We do not manage accounts, we do not trade on anyone's behalf, we do not accept money to trade with, and we never ask for the login details of your account at a broker.

We do not guarantee results. Trading carries a real risk to your capital, and you can lose everything you put at risk. The decision, and what follows from it, stays yours.

Everything here is educational. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and we are not licensed to give any of those.

Your account

Your account is personal. Do not share it, do not sell access to it, and understand that you are responsible for what happens under it.

You can delete your account whenever you like, from Profile → Delete account, and your personal content goes with it as the privacy policy describes.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms — reposting paid content, abuse inside the community, or trying to get around the technical protection on the videos.

The content and who owns it

The lessons, the videos and the files belong to the academy, and are licensed to you for your personal use for as long as your access lasts.

Recording, filming or downloading the videos by any means outside the app is not allowed, and neither is resharing, selling or passing them on. The videos we host carry a watermark naming your account; a leak is traced to whoever it came from and ends their access without a refund.

What you write in the community stays yours. You give us permission to display it inside the platform to the members of the room you wrote it in.

How you can pay

By card. Card payments in the English edition are processed by Whop. Whop is the payment processor and appears on your statement; MT Trading is the supplier of the course, seat, channel or license you bought and is responsible to you for delivering it.

The card price includes the card processing, and the full card total is shown before you pay.

By crypto. USDC or USDT, sent on TRC-20 or on an EVM network, straight to the wallet address shown on your invoice. Access opens automatically once the transfer is confirmed on the network.

By bank transfer. Arranged through the support desk: you file the request at checkout, we send you the account details, and access opens once the transfer arrives and a person confirms it.

Prices are in US dollars, and you pay the price shown. Any fee your own bank, card issuer, exchange or blockchain network charges on top is yours — for a crypto payment, the full invoice amount has to arrive. Prices can change, and a change never applies to access you have already paid for.

How long your access lasts

Every item sold here carries a term, and the term is on the checkout page before you pay. The terms are these:

A recorded course bought by card: 60 months from the day you buy it.

The indicator license: 12 months.

A live course seat: the season it is sold for, plus 12 months of access to its recordings.

A channel: one month at a time, renewing until you stop it.

Items bought with crypto or by bank transfer may be sold as lifetime access where the item says so.

Before a subscription ends our bot reminds you on Telegram, on the conditions stated under subscriptions below, and an extension is offered.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal, and how you give it up

As a consumer buying at a distance you normally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase and have your money back, without giving a reason.

Digital content is the exception the law makes, and it applies here: because a course, a seat, a channel or a license is opened to you immediately, we ask you at checkout to agree to two separate things — that performance begins at once, and that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once it has begun.

That agreement is a check box on the checkout page, not a sentence buried in this one, and we record the moment you ticked it against your payment. Nothing is opened on the strength of a waiver nobody clicked.

We treat the waiver as biting at first access. Until you have opened the item, and inside those 14 days, write to support and you get the whole amount back.

Refunds, chargebacks, and what a refund takes back

Inside 14 days and before you have opened the item: a full refund, no reason needed. Write to support from the account that bought it.

After you have opened it: the purchase is final, because the content has been delivered to you.

We refund regardless of any of that when the fault is ours — a double charge, a payment for something you already owned, or an item we could not deliver.

When we refund a payment we also withdraw what it opened: the course enrollment, the live seat, the channel membership (you are removed from the Telegram channel), the indicator license, and the community rooms that came with it. Any affiliate commission earned on that payment is reversed as well.

Card refunds go back to the card through Whop and take as long as your bank takes. A crypto payment is refunded in the same coin, to an address you give us.

If you raise a chargeback with your bank instead of writing to us, access is withheld while the dispute is open and ends if the dispute is decided against us. Asking us is always faster.

Transfers on a blockchain are final by their nature. If you send the wrong amount, the wrong coin, or on the wrong network, tell support and we will do what can be done.

Subscriptions and renewals

A channel subscription runs a month at a time. Card subscriptions renew automatically through Whop until you cancel, and canceling keeps your access to the end of the period you have already paid for.

A crypto subscription does not renew itself. It ends on its date, and our bot reminds you on Telegram before it does, if you have linked your Telegram account and left renewal reminders on.

When a subscription ends, access to the paid channel is removed after a short grace period.

The community

The rooms are for educational discussion. Promoting brokers or services, soliciting money from members, abuse, and posting other people's personal data are all out.

You can block any member, and moderators can mute or remove anyone who breaks those rules.

Risk disclosure

Trading currencies, metals, indices and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you expect to.

Nothing on this platform is a promise, a projection or an offer to trade. Examples used in the lessons are teaching material about what happened, not a claim about what will happen next.

We are not a broker and we never hold your money. If you open an account with a broker we mention, that is a contract between you and that broker; we may be paid a commission by them, and it changes nothing about what we teach.

If something goes wrong

Write to us first, at support@mttrading.io or from the support page. Almost everything is settled there.

As a consumer, you always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in.

If we cannot settle it between us, you can take the complaint to the consumer dispute body in your own country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we tell you inside the platform before it takes effect, and using the platform after that is your acceptance of it. The date at the top of this page is when it last changed.
